The development of SMD techniques has made the assembly of validation prototypes in the laboratory a very difficult and laborious process.

We can supply you with these prototypes within a few days. All you have to do is provide us with the necessary elements.

Our assembly partners

We have selected several quality European partners for the assembly of printed circuits. We check quality constancy through a rigorous regime of inspections of the circuits prior to delivery and through regular audits.

The bid

A detailed and binding bid is sent to you as promptly as possible on the basis of the following elements:

  > List of components

  > Assembly technology and number of sides

  > Components to be assembled manually

  > Assembly drawings and any comments to be taken into account

  > Components supplied by you or ordered by ourselves

  > Finishing: tropicalization,…

  > On-site functional test

  > Solder paste stencil (supplied or otherwise)

  > Deadline and quantity

  > The quality level required (military, industrial, railway, …and associated     standard)

Elements required for assembly

In addition to the elements described above, the GERBER data of the soldering stencil will be supplied to us if we are entrusted with the work.

The elements supplied to us are checked to ensure their coherence and to prevent any time wasting at a later date.

The receiving inspection

We check the quality constancy of our assembly partners through a rigorous regime of inspections of the assembled circuits prior to delivery. The results of the inspections are systematically filed and are the subject of statistics and, where appropriate, requests for corrective actions.
